A mini bottle vase by an artist potter, Toshihide Oae. Bizen pottery that is unglazed, wood fired and made from the local clay of Inbe, where the artist resides. Bizen is one of the six ancient pottery towns of Japan and is highly regarded. Due to the nature of the firings, no two will be the same. Though vitreous, it’s unglazed which helps flowers last longer as the water stays fresher for longer.
